• Meet and Greet: We highly recommend scheduling a meet-and-greet session before your booking to introduce us to your Whisker and discuss care instructions in person. This allows us to build rapport with your purracious and ensures we have all the information we need to provide the best possible care.
• Key Exchange: Our in-home services will require a key exchange, so we’ll coordinate a secure key exchange during the meet-and-greet or at another convenient time. Alternatively, you can provide a lockbox or keypad code for access to your home.
• Emergency Contacts: Please provide emergency contact information, including your veterinarian’s details, as well as any alternate contacts who can make decisions on your behalf in case of an emergency.
• Supplies and Instructions: Ensure you have enough food, medication, and supplies for your Whiskers’s entire stay. Provide detailed instructions for feeding, medication administration, and any other necessary care tasks.
• Communication Preferences: Let us know your preferred method of communication (e.g., phone, text, email) and how often you’d like updates on your Whiskers’s well-being state while you’re away.
