4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • No refunds are offered after the pet sitting service has commenced.
  • Refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • To cancel and request a refund, contact our customer service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate information regarding their pet’s health, allergies, phobias, and age.
  • Supply all necessary details about feeding, walking, and aggression levels.
  • Provide necessary items for the pet and keys for pickup and drop-off.

6. Liability and Insurance

Whiskers & Tails is committed to providing high-quality care. However, we are not liable for any injuries or illnesses that occur to your pet during the service unless caused by our gross negligence. We recommend that pet owners have appropriate insurance coverage for their pets.

8. User Responsibilities

  • If the user fails to meet the pet sitter to provide house keys at the scheduled time, the booking will be canceled without a refund.
  • Users will receive a strike for each missed meeting, and after three strikes, the user will have limited access to our website, including the inability to make further bookings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is owned by Whiskers & Tails. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website will be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Ilfov, Romania, under Romanian law.

11. Modifications to Terms
