  1. No Refunds After Service Completion
    Once the pet sitting service has commenced, we do not offer any refunds. We encourage customers to thoroughly review their booking details and communicate any changes well in advance.
  2. Refunds Before Service Commencement
    Refunds are available for cancellations made prior to the start of the pet sitting service. To be eligible for a refund, customers must cancel their booking and request a refund at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time of the service.
  3. Cancellation Procedure
    To cancel your booking and request a refund, please follow these steps:
    • If you have an account on our site: Go to Contul Meu > Select your booking > Press the ‘Cancel booking‘ button.
    • If you don’t have an account: send an email at hello@whiskerstails.ro or call us on +40758948244
    • Ensure the cancellation request is made at least 3 hours before the start of the service.
  4. Processing Refunds
    Once your cancellation and refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
